Rudolph Makekau Jugoz

Rudy was born on February 19, 1938 at Waikapu Maui, Hawaii. His parents were Mathias Lum Jugoz, and Annie Makekau. The union did not last very long, and he was raised primarily by his father, a single parent.
Mathias was a salesman who would sell jewelry, appliances, even automobiles to workers at the various sugar, and pineapple plantations through out the islands. Sometimes Rudy would accompany his dad, or he would be cared for by trusted church friends, or relatives.
Our Dad also had a sister her name was Angelita Jugoz.
In 1956 Rudy graduated from Farrington High School, in Kalihi. Shortly after he married our mom, and they started our family. Til' the day he died; November 14, 2002, he was a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
